Offers 38-5/8 inch headroom. The loft platform measures 96 x 48 inches. 11 feet 10-1/8 inches W x 4 feet D x 6 feet 2 inches H overall. 491 pounds. Double loft has 1000 pound weight capacity. Recommended age range is 2-5 years old. NOTE: The minimum ceiling height for this loft is 8 feet.Features
