The Performance Series Reverse Back Extension machine from Legend Fitness offers posterior chain training in user-friendly selectorized form. It provides strength training in the lifting phase and stretching in the return phase, delivering athletic training and a rehabilitation components in one package. The standard machine comes with a 200-pound weight stack in 10-pound increments, but a weight stack upgrade for 250 pounds is available. Tough but smooth pillow block bearings feature grease fittings for easy maintenance, while PowerMax pulleys ensure a long cable life and use shielded bearings for long lasting, smooth action. The cam plate features a thick, chrome-plated pop pin plate for easy, smooth adjustments time and time again. The machine ships fully assembled for your convenience.
