The Fluent Wireless Coaching System is an efficient and effective way for any educational institution to provide natural, non-disruptive coaching to teachers while they are in the classroom. Teachers wear a small, wireless transmitter that continuously transmits classroom audio to a coach or coaches (Multiple coaches can listen in and transmit instructions to the teacher.) The Teacher does not need to push any buttons on the transmitter, they just deliver their lesson plan or instruction as they would on any other non-training day. A coach or coaches can deliver private instruction to the teacher in real-time. Each Classroom can be set-up with its own private channel. Coaches can move from Classroom to Classroom and monitor the teacher and provide constructive coaching instruction when appropriate. Each System includes a Transceiver for the teacher which continuously transmits classroom audio and allows the teacher to receive audio from a coach. It also includes and Transceiver for the Coach which receives the audio from the classroom and allows the coach to transmit instructions to the teacher.
