Description

These pencils are ideal for sketching on black or dark paper. They create tremendous effects when used over dark charcoal. The pencils are soft enough to cover wide areas and iare also easily erasable. Pencils can be washed with a brush and water. All are pre-sharpened and have smooth cedar casings.
