SchoolKidz On Time or On Us Guarantee

If you place an order that qualifies for guaranteed delivery, the cost of your order will be free if the order’s delivery week is missed due to a fault of School Specialty and the SchoolKidz program.

A delivery week starts on Sunday, with delivery occurring any day between Monday and Friday of that week, and including Saturdays for home delivery orders.

Orders that qualify for guaranteed delivery:

  1. All orders received on, or before, May 10th, 2024, are guaranteed to be delivered within the delivery week requested, provided that the order is placed at least six (6) weeks prior to the first Sunday of the desired delivery week. The earliest delivery week available for these orders is the week of May 5th, 2024.
  2. All orders received between May 11th, 2024, and June 23rd, 2024, are guaranteed to be delivered within the delivery week requested; the earliest delivery week available for orders received between May 11th, 2024, and June 23rd, 2024 is the first Sunday at least eight (8) weeks from the actual date of receipt.

The following requirements must be met to qualify for a free order:

  1. The order qualifies for guaranteed delivery.
  2. You do not request changes to your qualifying order after submitting it.
  3. This delivery guarantee does not apply if SchoolKidz misses our promised delivery week because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, stay-at-home orders, or severe weather.
  4. If there are backorders or product unavailability due to issues caused by suppliers, SchoolKidz will provide you with the following options:
    • substitute the backordered product with a similar product; or,
    • remove the backordered product from the kit; or,
    • wait to receive the backordered product at a later time.
      The delivery guarantee will still apply to your order, excepting any backordered products you select to wait to receive at a later time.
  5. The delivery addresses provided are correct.
  6. An attempted delivery made during the requested delivery week meets the guarantee.
  7. An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment during the delivery week meets the guarantee.

Our goal is 100% accuracy in including all requested items in our kits/orders and shipping all kits included on an order. However, on rare occasion, item(s) may be missing from a kit, or a kit gets misplaced and is missing from the order. Our SchoolKidz Delivery Guarantee does not cover these instances. Missing or damaged item(s) or missing kits can be rectified through our standard OOPS process.
