Choose existing key series if reordering keys and enter the 6 digit alpha-numeric number found on your existing key. Choose new key series if you are ordering built in combination locks and want a supervisory key with your order. If you have a previous lock order and now want a supervisory key choose existing key series and enter the serial number found on the back of your lock.
