Students will love to watch their live baby caterpillars eat and grow- bringing exciting new changes each day. Once your caterpillars arrive, the entire life cycle from caterpillar to butterfly is approximately three weeks. This item includes 5 live caterpillars but does not come with a butterfly habitat. Please ensure that the outdoor temperatures when releasing the butterflies are between 55 degrees to 85 degrees.
