With a blender pencil, you can easily blend colors together and apply more layers of color to enhance the intensity of colored pencils. A burnisher pencil, when used over color, creates a burnish, or shine, without changing the color of the artwork. You can also lay the burnisher down first to achieve a wax resist technique. AP certified, non-toxic.
