Description

This Elastic Materials Kit is a fun way for kids or students to perform experiments to learn about elasticity, compression, extension, torsion, and elastic limits. Quantity of materials is perfect for a small group of students. The kit includes: 2 foam blocks (5 x 2 x 2 inches), 2 large springs (5-1/2 inch height with 2-1/4 inch diameter), 25 small springs (2-1/4 inch length with 5/8 inch diameter), 1 strand of rubber tubing (3-1/2 feet long with 1/4 inch diameter), 2 coils of 1/16 inch copper wire, 4 elastic cords with metal loop ends (10 inch stretchable elastic with 1 inch diameter loop ends).
