Description

PowerMax Steel Plyoboxes provide one of the most common plyometric exercises. Jumping on and off plyoboxes is one of the best exercises for improving leg power, speed and strength. Boxes are made from 1 inch square steel tubing and their top platforms are steel reinforced 1/4 inch aluminum, covered with a rubber surface for excellent traction. Anti-skid rubber pads on base corners prevent slipping and damage to floors. Latex free tapered boxes allow for greater stability and stacking. Set includes 4 PowerMax Plyoboxes with one in each height size: 12 , 18 , 24 , and 30 inches.
