The Mobi-Changer has a protective skirt to prevent any contact with the powered lifting mechanism for safety and efficiency. The unit is powered through its rechargeable battery. Each battery should be charged for at least 24 hours upon receipt by connecting the battery to the wall mounted charger. For routine use, the battery should be removed from the Mobi-changer and charged daily.
