The original built-in splash pan design has a large work area that is ideal for holding a water bucket, tools, and lots of trimmings. The removable wheel head makes it easy to clean. The wheel head is recessed in the body of the wheel to work as an integrated splash pan. It has incredible sensitivity from the foot pedal at very low speeds. Perfect for banding and decorating right on the wheel. Wheel legend use large continuous duty motors that provide their wheels with up to twice the torque of brands with the same hp rating. The higher the torque, the more clay you can throw. It has a heavy duty frame and a strong motor which make it a popular choice with production potters.
