Description
The Skutt 1027 Automatic Kiln is built to meet the rigorous demands of art classrooms. With pre-programmed firing schedules instead of using cones and manually turning up switches, it's as easy to use as a microwave. The kiln creates up to six custom programs and stores them in permanent memory using up to eight segments. A large interior allows the kiln to effectively fire ceramics up to 23 inches tall and 21 inches wide. It has a maximum temperature of 2350 degrees Fahrenheit and fires to cone 10. It is also equipped with 3 inches of firebrick to conserve energy. This kiln measures 28 W x 28 D x 41 H inches, with an 23 x 23 inch opening and an interior depth of 28 inches. It also features 3 inches of firebrick.
