The FlagHouse Body Ball provides a versatile and high-quality therapy and exercise solution. The ribbed PVC-foam ball has a 22-inch diameter, is soft to the touch, and easy to grasp. The ball can be inflated and deflated and accepts a needle-type inflator. This ball is suitable for a wide range of therapeutic and strength-building exercises, and has a weight capacity of 440 pounds. Please note that balls do not reach their full size during the first inflation. The color of the ball may vary and cannot be chosen.
NOTE: Please inflate and then re-inflate the ball after 24 hours. This procedure may be repeated up to 3 times for the ball to reach its maximum size. For all exercise and balance balls, use caution when inflating. Do not over-inflate!
