Description

United Scientific 190 mm Dia White Porcelain Desiccator Plate comprises of a large hole in the center and many 5 mm Dia perforations around it. Plate is glazed on one side. It offers resistance to acids and alkalis except for hydrofluoric acid. Glaze softening does not take place till 1000 deg C. The average coefficient of expansion from 20 - 200 deg C is 3.56 x 10^-5 with a gradual increase to 4.69 x 10^-5 at 1050 deg C to offer thermal shock resistance.
