Glaze Color

Description

Sax Colorburst Glaze in Mystic Jade is ideal for one-of-a-kind pieces. Every application and firing will produce different results for beautiful, unique pottery and ceramics. The painting glaze may appear a different color during application and change to the desired look after the required firing in a kiln. Our ceramic glaze paint creates multi-colored patterns and designs when fired, with options to create dramatic effects by combining other glazes within a similar firing range. The base glaze fades, and crystals turn gold and move when fired at cone 6. Not dinnerware safe due to surface characteristics.

Download Sax True Flow Glaze Care Tips

Features

Ceramic and pottery glaze has a firing range cone 06-6

Semi-opaque finish for different contrast and texture effects when layering color

For best results, apply 2 to 3 glaze coats

Freeze-thaw stable formula

Glazing is not dinnerware safe due to surface characteristics

Non-toxic for humans when used according to manufacturer’s directions

Sax arts and crafts supplies for classrooms are developed and field-tested by art educators for art educators

Includes:

1 Pint of Colorburst Glaze
