This Activity Kit covers four fitness components, including flexibility, cardio/respiratory endurance, strength and muscle endurance. Flexible to use competively or non-competitvely where team members roll the dice, move their beanbag marker around the oversize mat and complete exercises. Up to 100 players can play at one time and features 26 fitness exercises covering all four of the fitness components.
