Pull-Buoy presents the first starter hoop unit with no screws, nuts, or bolts needed for assembly. Just snap the C-clips to the base and rim, and you're ready to play! High- impact plastic post (with 1 inch diameter) will not kink. Base has a 36 inch diameter and regulation; rim has an 18 inch diameter and height of 3-1/2 feet. Entire hoop unit is designed for years of institutional use with foam, plastic, and other lightweight balls. Ships and stores compactly. Sets up and breaks down in a minute.
