<div class="long-description"><h2>Description</h2>The Iguana Basic Model Kiln is powered with extra heavy-duty elements. This results in long element life, because the elements do not “struggle” to reach high temperatures. The programmable digital control system includes a sentinel digital touchscreen PID controller with current sensor. Front loading swing-style door opens to allow full, unrestricted access to the kiln. Other features include a heavy-duty kiln stand, Auxiliary Output (AOP) outlet, standard duty mechanical relays, type K with ceramic sheath temperature thermocouple, and Kanthal brand A-1 Elements that are an advanced alloy consisting of iron and chromium (FeCr). The included KilnVent Master System vents fumes and improves firing conditions in the Kiln by improving temperature uniformity and extending the life of Heating Elements and Thermocouples. Furniture Kit not included but can be purchased using item 1399405. NOTE: Furniture Kit must be purchased at the time of purchase of the corresponding kiln. Please include furniture kit and kiln in the same order.
