The OTvest's weight placement is strategically positioned DIRECTLY UPON the wearer’s shoulder-girdle, requiring less weight in order to be effective.. "It Feels Good!" Weights are calibrated to the size of the wearer and placed so that weights can't fall out, get lost or played with, and there is no need to guess the weight amount needed to be effective. The denim vest comes with two stylish front pockets, two side pockets and five or six front snaps. The medium vest is intended for users that weigh 75 to 110 pounds. The vest measures 38 inches at the chest, and neck to waistline measurement is 16 to 20 inches. Includes 3 pounds of weight.
