This 35-pound rubber-coated grip plate brought to you by Legend Fitness is a great commercial-grade option which performs at the highest level. This plate includes four contoured grip handles to make carrying and moving the plate as easy as possible. Grip plates are thinner and have less protection on the outside than bumper plates. It is best to keep these plates off the ground when lifting to avoid the potential of wearing down the floor or increasing noise and vibrations in the weight room.
- These grip plates are rubber-coated black plates with steel rimmed bushings in the center. The plate has four contoured grip handles to make carrying and maneuvering the plate as easy as possible. The plate also features white lettering on the front which lists the weight in pounds. These plates are sold as inviduals
