Lab-Aids Blinking LED Conductivity Indicator which works on 9 V battery is ideal in testing the conductivity of solids, liquids and solutions. LED blinks when electrodes are exposed to a good conductor, glows in the case of a weak conductor and remains unlit if a poor conductor is tested.
  • Meter kit Lab-A9DS 9 Level conductivity
  • Metals are good electrical conductors
  • Ionic solutions are good electrical conductors
  • Most non-metals and non-ionic solutions are poor electrical conductors
  • The led conductivity indicator is sensitive enough to detect free H+ ions in water and can register low conductivity for 70 percent ethyl alcohol
  • The red led will blink rapidly when in contact with a good conductor, will glow steadily for poor conductors, and will not light up for non-conductors
