A colorful wireless remote control for your sensory room! The IRiS Switchbox is the ideal aid for individuals with limited motor skills or hand-to-eye coordination. This ergonomic switchbox (otherwise known as the "talker") features 8 ultra bright and colorful piano-like key buttons that each represent different modes of operation (including Locked, Toggle, Momentary, Racing, Passive, Timed, Scroll Stop, and Scroll Next). Simply touch a color and watch as one of your IRiS responsive equipment pieces turns on and responds (such as the bubble tube turning into that color pressed, or a shape projector displaying shapes). Directions are included to explain use of each switch mode of operation. Unit is powered by an internal, rechargeable lithium polymer battery and 6 AA batteries (all included); charges wirelessly using an inductive charging coil and dual-jack input (included for allowing external switches to be connected), and from a distance of up to 90 feet from IRiS compatible device. Clean with a damp soft cloth or non-abrasive cleaning agent. Not water-resistant; not for use in pools. Includes 1 year manufacturer warranty. For children ages 3 and up; especially recommended for children with special needs. Please ensure you have at least one IRiS Listener in order to control your IRiS Switchbox.
