This boiling flask is made out of high quality, heavy duty borosilicate glass and has a 50 milliliter (mL) capacity. Flask has narrow neck (with 7/10 inch top opening), a beaded rim, and rounded bottom (with 2 inch base diameter). No stopper included. Flask measures 4-1/10 inches tall. Stem measures 2 inches long with an approximate 9/10 inch diameter. Borosilicate glass cylinder is top rack dishwasher safe and has the following heat tolerances: strain point at -515 degrees Celsius (-895 degrees Fahrenheit); annealing point at 565 degrees Celsius (1049 degrees Fahrenheit); and softening point at 820 degrees Celsius (1058 degrees Fahrenheit). Suitable for use in laboratory and/or home and garage.
