This boiling flask is made out of high quality, heavy duty borosilicate glass and has a 500 milliliter (mL) capacity. Includes single, interchangeable joint with 24/29 size socket. No stopper included. Flask measures 6-1/2 inches tall; neck measures 1-1/3 inch wide; and bottom/base diameter measures 4-1/12 inches. Borosilicate glass cylinder has the following heat tolerances: strain point at -515 degrees Celsius (-895 degrees Fahrenheit); annealing point at 565 degrees Celsius (1049 degrees Fahrenheit); and softening point at 820 degrees Celsius (1058 degrees Fahrenheit). Suitable for use in any science or home laboratory.
