The guidelines listed below are offered to clarify how School Specialty and its family of brands prioritize their community support. School Specialty actively supports the following types of organizations, programs, and causes:

1. Programs and non-profit organizations our associates support financially or through leadership service as board members, advisory members, or mentors.
2. Programs oriented to the advancement of education and the promotion of academic excellence.
3. Non-profit organizations dedicated to the improvement of the communities where company facilities are located.
4. Charities and/or programs in which School Specialty customers directly participate.
5. Emergency, disaster, or life-threatening situations that occur in the communities where company facilities are located when coordinated through a non-profit disaster relief or government agency.
