The School Specialty Employer's Promise Program
Committing Both Time and Money to Schools Across the Nation

School Specialty has developed a unique way of providing support for schools. The School Specialty Employer's Promise Program encourages associates to engage directly with schools and students by offering up to 24 hours of volunteer time per year. This program encourages associates to help students and teachers with a variety of classroom support activities.

In addition, monetary donations by associates given to selected school activities will be matched dollar for dollar by the company up to $1,000 per year. Associates are also able to purchase School Specialty products with an Associate Discount and donate these items to the school of their choice.
