How the program works
Program overview:
Our school supply kit program is designed to provide your students with the school supplies they need at a very competitive price. The program is an incredible convenience for parents as it provides them with an easy alternative to shopping at multiple stores and competing with all other parents searching for the same items. Our kits provide your students with the supplies they need for their grade level, based on your school's supply list. We use quality brand products and guarantee complete satisfaction.
What value does this program provide your school?
Our school supply kit program gives your teachers confidence that their students will come back to school with the required supplies they need for a successful year. In addition, every participating school will receive a gift certificate worth 10% of their total school supply kit order which they can use to purchase School Smart branded items from the School Speciatly catalog. With over 2,500 top selling items, the School Smart product line is comprised of products from all categories and is supported by our School Smart Satisfaction Guarantee which states if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations we will replace it with a comparable product - guaranteed.

Implementing the program is easy:
- Review your supply list - Review your school's most recent supply list by grade.
- Select your kit - Compare your supply list to our collection of Pre-Packaged Kits and customizable items.
- Complete the Requisition Form - Use the Requisition Form to select or build your kit for each grade. Email your form to schoolkits@schoolspecialty.com, fax it to 1-888-388-6344, or call 1-888-388-3224 to review with one of our customer care associates.
- Distribute parent order forms - Once your Requisition Form is finalized, School Specialty prepares custom orders forms, designed specifically for your school, free of charge with order and delivery dates listed that you select. Order forms are then distributed to each student.
- Collect forms and payment - Parents return order forms with a check payable to your organization or school.
- Submit your orders - Your school sends order forms and payment to School Specialty.
- Receive your kits - School Specialty assembles and delivers your kits in time for the new school year. Delivery date is determined by your school in accordance with School Specialty's schedule.
