We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end and managing email databases, send schedules and drip campaigns across the organization. Email campaign needs include prospect messaging, customer messaging, personalization and transactional messaging. This position requires knowledge of marketing automation and an understanding of CRM email capabilities. This is a manager role that encompasses both planning and execution.
Ecommerce Operations Specialist
This position requires a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for assisting the Ecommerce Operations Manager in support of our day-to-day Ecommerce operations and maintaining and optimizing the online customer experience throughout our various web properties.

The candidate carries a thorough understanding of his/her end users, a passion for user centered design, and drives decisions based on user research, best practice, and competitive analysis.
Journey and Customer Experience Senior Manager
The Journey and Customer Experience Manager will create a new capability within the School Specialty organization: building the customer journeys or contact plans that create a customer experience that improves customer acquisition, penetration, retention and reactivation. They will lead the Customer “Omni-channel” initiative, bringing together customer channel owners and cross-functional partners to ensure a connected, seamless experience for our customers across our many product types including consumable supplies, furniture, and proprietary products, and media types, including ecommerce, email, print and sales activities.
