Inside Sales Representative
An Inside Sales Representative drives revenue by increasing School Specialty market share and penetration within coverage area. Works primarily via the telephone generating new business, as well as maintaining re-order business. Provides consultative and collaborative approach to understand customer environment and competitive forces to consistently execute on the strategy and exceed customer expectations while gaining market penetration.
Customer Care & Sales Support Representative
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including inbound and outbound customer inquiries, guiding customers with the web submission tool, and resolving customer complaints. The representative will also act as a line of support between the Sales Team, the customer, and other departments within School Specialty.
Seasonal Call Center & Customer Service
This is a full-time seasonal position that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include inbound and outbound customer inquiries, guiding customers with the web submission tool, and resolving customer complaints.
Seasonal Order Processing
This is a full-time seasonal position that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include interpreting and entering custom orders from a PDF order form and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Seasonal Artwork Previewing
This is a full-time seasonal position that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include preview of text and graphics files for completeness and print-readiness, make outbound calls to resolve issues with completeness and quality, and provide written documentation of artwork file instructions for next stage of production.
Seasonal Versatile Customer Service
In this role, you will answer inbound calls from our clients, assist with artwork submission, answer artwork and order questions, and problem solve for digital art requirements and web-based submission methods. Because we believe in delivering the highest quality of service to our clients, you will also make outbound calls and emails, become a database documentation master, and occasionally process client artwork.
Seasonal Artwork Receiving & Quality Control
Artwork Receiving: Work in a custom database, entering artwork instructions for processing. Candidate is comfortable working on a Windows platform, is familiar with data entry, and has a high attention to detail.
Quality Control/Proofreading: Position reviews artwork for accuracy and ensures internal standards are met. Candidate is familiar with Macintosh platform, has a high attention to detail, and has quick, effective decision-making skills.
Seasonal Production – Handbook & Cover Processor
Handbook Processing/Typesetting: Format client-submitted handbook/text artwork for print. Candidate is comfortable on a Macintosh platform, experienced in Microsoft Word, and has a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
Cover Processing: Format client-submitted cover artwork for print. Candidate is familiar with Macintosh platform and has a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
